Built in a traditional Maltese style, this wonderfully elegant hotel, perfectly situated in Mellieha offers a great option for relaxing and enjoying some of Malta's few sandy beaches. You will also find a great spa facility with an array of treatments to fully unwind. Perched on the terraced hillsides, there are some great views to the north of the island, whilst an array of shops, bars and restaurants surround the hotel. The hotel consists of two buildings linked by an underground corridor, rooms are spacious, bright and clean whilst the pretty gardens make a lovely setting for a cocktail or romantic dinner for two! The airport is 25km away and a taxi direct to the hotel will take approx. 25-30mins, c. 12-15 MTL. As an alternative option (once you are used to the driving!) you may also find that a rental car is a good and inexpensive option for getting around the island. If you are an avid explorer and are tempted to use taxis a lot, then a car will be a much cheaper option in the long run and could save you a small fortune. |
